"At the request of the complainant, a survey of the circulation of intimate images has ceased," said Natalie Savino, a spokesman for the Victoria police.
The spokesman told AAP that the football club had been aware of the move without further comment.
When the investigation began, the Tigers said they were determined to cooperate with the police.
"We are very strongly concerned about the positive role of women in our clubs and sports," a statement said.
"We are committed to creating a thriving environment for women, and we are committed to promoting respect and support for women's attitudes and behavior."
The woman lawyer on October 12 a letter to the media, asking the picture no longer published, all the records will be deleted, reference the photo "private" content.
The players in the medal in the photo have not been officially named.
